Prices of mobile cat care
The price for your cat care consists of the care and travel costs.
Depending on the preferences of your cat(s) and your wishes, you can choose between two types of care. Regular care for 30 minutes or DELÜX care for 1 hour. You also have the choice whether I look after your cat once or twice a day.
Please note that care is not possible at a certain time. There may be delays due to a variety of factors such as city traffic, extended visits, emergencies, etc. always. Only sick animals that depend on medication at a certain time are entitled to care within a time window of two hours.
If your cat is to be cared for longer than the two types of care listed, this is also possible on request. Please contact me about this.
The care costs apply to up totwo velvet paws living in your household. A fee of €2.50 will be charged for the care of each additional fur nose(€2.98 incl. €0.48 statutory VAT) collected per cat and visit.
Please note that the cats to be cared for have acurrent vaccination protectionmust have in order to to minimize the risk of infection.
The care of other animal residents is also possible on request. Just contact me if you need it!

Other costs of mobile cat care
I charge a fee of 10€ for key collection or return(€11.90 incl. €1.90 statutory VAT) plus corresponding travel costs, if applicable. Alternatively, you can give your key to me or to the Kennenl after making an appointment handed over. I would be happy to keep your key. This has proven to be very practical if, for example, you travel frequently or have to travel at short notice.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 8 days before the start of care. If you cancel 7 to 4 days before the start of care, I ask for your understanding that I have to charge 50% of the costs incurred. Less than 4 days before the start of care, 100% of the costs are incurred. In the event of non-compliance with agreed appointments, appointment changes or appointments not canceled in good time (at least 24 hours in advance), these will be charged to the client in full .
Additional expenses for care, e.g. due to a sick animal or missing information, will be charged extra. The hourly rate for errands and general work as well as for trips to the vet is bei 24€(€28.56 incl. €4.56 statutory VAT) per hour started.
An emergency fee of €10 will be charged for short-term inquiries received up to 5 days before the start of care(11.90 incl. €1.90 statutory VAT) raised. For one to three days of care , a small-volume surcharge of €10 will apply(€11.90 incl. €1.90 VAT) raised.
